1. Breakfast Blend

  • Roast: Medium

  • Tasting Profile: Smooth South American notes—milk chocolate, nutty sweetness, clean finish

  • Grower: South American smallholder cooperatives

  • Variety: Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai (Arabica)

  • Region: Colombia, Brazil, Peru

  • Altitude: ~1,000–1,500 m

  • Soil Type: Volcanic/mineral-rich loam

  • Process: Fully washed, sun-dried 

2. 6‑Bean Espresso Blend

  • Roast: Dark (Espresso roast)

  • Tasting Profile: Rich dark chocolate and caramel, intense body 

  • Grower: Global specialty producers for Arabica & Robusta

  • Variety: Arabica (multiple) + Robusta

  • Region: Global sourcing

  • Altitude: Arabica ~1,000–1,600 m; Robusta ~500–800 m

  • Soil Type: Volcanic/mineral loam and tropical loam

  • Process: Washed, sun-dried, blended, dark roasted

3. Cowboy Blend

  • Roast: Medium + Dark blend

  • Tasting Profile: Cocoa, caramel, vanilla tones 

  • Grower/Variety/Origin: Mix of Latin American specialty beans (Arabica varietals such as Typica, Bourbon, Caturra)—specific origin blend 

  • Altitude: ~900–1,700 m

  • Soil/Process: Clay/mineral-rich soils; washed, sun-dried 

4. Mexico (Single Origin)

  • Roast: Medium

  • Tasting Profile: Chocolate, cinnamon, green apple acidity 

  • Grower: Farmers in Chiapas & Oaxaca

  • Variety: Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Caturra

  • Region: Chiapas & Oaxaca, Mexico

  • Altitude: 1,400–1,900 m

  • Soil: Clay-rich minerals

  • Process: Fully washed, sun-dried 

5. Peru (Single Origin)

  • Roast: Medium

  • Tasting Profile: Salted caramel sweetness with citrus brightness 

  • Grower: Cooperativa Agricola Servicios Norandino

  • Variety: Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, Catimor

  • Region: Piura/Amazonas, Peru

  • Altitude: 1,100–1,700 m

  • Soil: Clay minerals

  • Process: Fully washed, sun-dried 

6. Bali Blue (Single Origin)

  • Roast: Medium‑Dark

  • Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar 

  • Grower: Subak Abian cooperatives in Kintamani, Bali

  • Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor

  • Region: Kintamani Highlands, Bali, Indonesia

  • Altitude: 1,200–1,600 m

  • Soil: Volcanic loam

  • Process: Hand‑picked, wet‑hulled (Giling Basah), dried on raised beds
