The Cowboy Blend from Temecula Coffee Roasters is a carefully crafted combination of beans from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico and the volcanic slopes of Bali, Indonesia.
🔥 Roast
A custom medium–dark roast, blending both medium- and dark-roasted beans to achieve a balanced cup with pronounced sweetness and depth

Pronounced notes of cocoa and caramel, rounded out by subtle vanilla overtones and a clean, lingering finish

– Mexico: Sourced through Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative of 599 smallholder farmers certified under Fair Trade and Organic programs in southern Chiapa
– Bali: Grown and harvested by members of Subak Abian (SA), a traditional Balinese farmer organization in the Kintamani Highlands

– Mexico: A heritage mix of Typica, Bourbon, Marchellza, Oro Azteca and Costa Rica Hybrid cultivars
– Bali: Predominantly Bourbon (including S795 & USDA 762), Typica and Catimor strains

– Chiapas, Mexico: Grown in the Central American Highlands of Chiapas, an area renowned for its rich volcanic soils and high-elevation microclimate

– Mexico: Fully washed and sun-dried to highlight clarity and sweetness
– Bali: Hand-picked, wet-hulled (giling basah), then two-step sun-dried on raised beds to develop body and spice notes

Use a French press to bring out the bold cocoa and smoky finish. Steep for 4 minutes for a fuller body and deeper flavor.
